We have been in business for almost 50 years, and we have traveled all throughout Michigan for portrait sessions. In honor of National Michigan Day, we’re featuring some of the locations we love photographing families, couples, and senior portraits at. Scroll to see our favorite locations!

South Haven

Why we love South Haven:

Out of all of the beach towns in Michigan, South Haven is our all-time favorite. This location never disappoints! Each and every session we do at South Haven is stunning with the sand, grasses, and water. The drive isn’t too bad either, it’s under three hours from our studios! Every summer, we offer beach sessions at South Haven, and it’s a fun experience for not just us, but for our clients as well. Our high school seniors often bring their whole family with them for a beach getaway weekend!

Ann Arbor

Why we love Ann Arbor:

This college town has plenty of spots to photograph at. We highly recommend the Law Quad on campus, because there are so many areas around it. (Bonus: The building gives off Harry Potter Hogwarts School vibes!)

Detroit

Why we love Detroit:

There’s no other city in Michigan that has art and creative energy like Detroit. From the murals to the buildings, there are so many cool areas. A couple of our favorites are Eastern Market and the DIA (Detroit Institute of Arts)!

Downtown Plymouth

Why we love Downtown Plymouth:

You get a great mix of textures, colors, and greenery in DTP! This small but lively downtown is where one of our photography studios is located. We love being able to step out from our studio and walk a few minutes to a downtown spot for some photos.
